My Trip, pt. 1

For the last two weeks I have been galavanting across the Southwest, starting off in Marfa, Texas. It's a little town about 6 hours from where I live, that used to be a little po-dunk town. But now, it's an amazing small town with a large artist community. They even have Marfa Public Radio (for a town of pop. 2121, that's pretty dang good). We stayed at an awesome 1950s motel turned retro hotel called the Thunderbird. Overall, it was a pretty great stop.
